This is keyword frequency, not search volume. YouTube and Google publish no search-volume API, so these figures count how often creators use each term, in the keywords they set on their own channels, and in the titles of currently-trending videos. That shows what creators are competing over, which is useful for positioning, but it is not how often anyone searched for it.
