Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses tubestats.io and its tools. By using TubeStats you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

TubeStats publishes statistics, rankings, estimates and tools about public YouTube channels and videos. Data comes from YouTube API Services and other public sources and is refreshed regularly, but it can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Earnings, net worth, growth projections and similar figures are estimates, not facts reported by creators or YouTube.

TubeStats is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

Because TubeStats uses YouTube API Services, by using TubeStats you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can use most of TubeStats without an account. Accounts are created with Google or Discord sign-in and are free. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google or Discord account secure. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or sold.

You can delete your account at any time from Account › Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or download TubeStats in bulk with automated tools, or use the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it (search engines following our robots.txt are welcome);
• get around rate limits, usage limits, sign-in requirements or other protections;
• create multiple accounts or use fake details to obtain more than the free allowances;
• interfere with the site's security or attempt to access data or areas you are not authorised to;
• use TubeStats to harass, impersonate or harm anyone, or for any unlawful purpose;
• resell or republish TubeStats data as your own product without our written permission.

The YouTube Influencers Finder and channel pages can show business contact emails that creators have published publicly on YouTube. If you use them, you agree to:

• contact creators only about genuine, relevant business or collaboration opportunities;
• follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and to the recipient (for example the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM and CASL), including honouring requests to stop contacting someone;
• not send bulk unsolicited messages, add addresses to mailing lists without consent, or sell or share the addresses or exported lists.

You are solely responsible for how you use any contact details. Creators who want their email removed can ask us through the contact page.

Keyword alerts, exports, games and other tools are provided free and as they are. We may change their limits or features, pause them, or stop offering them. Alert emails depend on our data pipeline and may be delayed or miss a video.

The TubeStats name, logo, design, code, charts and the statistics we compute belong to TubeStats. Channel names, thumbnails, videos and other YouTube content belong to their owners and are shown under the YouTube Terms of Service.

You may share links to TubeStats and embed our charts with the embed code we provide, as long as the embed keeps its attribution and link to TubeStats. You may quote individual figures with a credit and a link to the relevant TubeStats page.

TubeStats is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on TubeStats is financial, legal or business advice; do your own checks before making decisions based on it.

To the extent the law allows, TubeStats is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may limit or block access to TubeStats, or close an account, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or to protect the site and its users. You can stop using TubeStats and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms as TubeStats changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use TubeStats after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site or, for account holders, by email.
