Jai Hind! Welcome to my YouTube Channel. I am Col. Shivender Pratap Singh Kanwar. I am Ex Special Forces Commanding Officer and commanded 7 PARA (Special Forces). During my stint in the Army and Special Forces, I excelled in Counter Terrorist operations and had the opportunity to train with the best Special Forces of the world. Being a High Performance Individual, Fitness Enthusiast and Leadership coach and mentor, I make content to empower people to help them achieve their life goals and ambitions. With the invaluable experience gained in the Military and the Special Forces, I help Founders and CEOs, Working professionals and Students to achieve their Peak Performance. I also make content on running and review military and outdoor gear and equipment. Being an Adventurist at heart, I love being outdoors and recommend an active lifestyle to all. I have lived all my life with the line… " NEVER OUT OF THE FIGHT "
