Welcome to Pilates Body by Raven! I’m Raven Ross, and I designed this community to make fitness fun, accessible, and effective for EVERY body. As a former dancer, I’ve always had a passion for learning new methods of movement in order to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the body. I created this channel to give you a taste of the power of pilates – a place to fall in love with movement, build strength and feel more confident than ever.
